Can the project pay for the participation of an expert from any country ?

Managing your Grant Contract

Eligibility of costs of individual experts to participate in the project activities:

* needs to be foreseen in the "Description of the Action" and in the Budget for the Action, respectively Annex I and Annex III of the Grant Contract;
* the country of origin of the expert needs to be among the EDULINK eligible countries. See ACP Member States and EU Member States.
